The collection consists of six volumes of negatives (color and black & white) depicting buildings, street scenes, and aerial views of Atlanta and the surrounding area. The images include Peachtree Arcade, High Museum, Atlanta Civic Center, Fulton Co. Stadium, Stone Mountain, Regency Hotel, Peachtree Center, Kimball House, Atlanta Arts Institute, First National Bank, C&S Bank, Merchandise Mart, and the Atlanta Jazz Festival.

The collection consists of many folders of loose material including clippings, letters, drawings of Epps planes, writings, and photographs. Of particular note are several good aerial views of Athens and the University of Georgia (circa 1920-1930s). Also of interest are several pages of reminiscences by Ben Epps, Jr., in which he writes about his early life and flying. Additional material received in 2002 includes flight manuals, membership cards, transcripts of interviews, etc. The most important item in this collection is a scrapbook (1904-1963) which documents Epps' life as a builder and flyer of airplanes. Included are over 200 photographs, as well as some clippings and letters. A few photographs, etc. can be found here of other pilots, planes, and Epps' children who were also flyers.

This collection contains farm and sand mining operation records of L.C. Curtis and Sons, Inc.. It includes family history, plats and equipment design drawings, correspondence, log books ragarding sand and cattle operations, aerial photographs, and articles about the Iron Horse sculpture that was removed from the University of Georgia campus in 1954, then in 1957 to the Curtis property.

This collection contains photographs and documents regarding Austin E. Guinn's activities as a US Navy steward and photographer from 1909-1922, and as an egg farmer in Butler, Georgia from 1923 until his death in 1945. Included are photographs of events in the Mexican War, Navy ships in ports in the Caribbean and in World War I Atlantic convoys, Washington DC monuments seen from the air, photographs of Woodrow Wilson, General Pershing and Marshall Foch, aerial photos of the Billy Mitchell ship bombing tests, Glenn Curtiss' first seaplane, as well as various other airships in development by the Navy. There are also many pictures depicting life on the Peach Valley Egg Farm, including legal documents and genealogical information about the Guinn family and the egg farm.
